ACI Worldwide Adds to Management Team

Jonathan Elwyn joins from Accenture while Ralph Dangelmaier is promoted.
New York-based payments solutions provider ACI Worldwide has made two executive appointments.

Jonathan Elwyn has joined ACI from Accenture as vice president of global alliances, and Ralph Dangelmaier has been promoted to the role of president, global markets and services. Both Elwyn and Dangelmaier will be reporting to ACI's chief operating officer, Ron Totaro.
Elwyn will work across the organization, with the global leadership team, to extend ACI's framework, strategies, and programs for leveraging third parties to create more value for our customers in their mission-critical payments systems. He brings deep experience and knowledge in creating and managing alliances from his 13 years at Accenture, where he most recently managed the relationship with IBM.
Dangelmaier brings more than 20 years' industry experience to this role, including the last three years at ACI and the prior 10 years as CEO at P&H Solutions. Most recently, he was president of the Americas for ACI, managing all aspects of the channel organization. In his new role, Ralph will be focused on creating and leveraging best practices for how the company sells, implements and supports its solutions for its 750-plus customers around the world.
